These flip-flops are guaranteed to last forever! (Fortunately, I’m old enough that your “guarantee” won’t be good for long!) The soles are made from conveyor belt strips cut off when the belt was customized. I was disturbed reading about the mounds of cheap flip-flops that are inundating beaches world-wide, so using this material for soling is my miniscule effort to cut down on flip-flop pollution. You will receive a section of inner tube, this video will show you how to turn it into the straps – not guaranteed to last forever, but you can always find a free 1″ used bike inner tube at a bike shop).
